INGREDIENTS:
200g Potatoes
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp flour (Any flour)
Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
20ml milk
50g flour (Any flour)
Bread crumbs
Tips:
-After mixing mashed potatoes, it should be dough-like, if it's not add 1 or 2 tablespoons of more flour.
-Make small bite-sized balls so they don't break while frying.
-Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set before frying so they don't break while frying.
