How GPU Launch Day Has Gone For Me [Animated]

Описание: I tried and missed the 3080s on Launch day, the 3090s, and this is what happened when I tried to get a 6800. I would've been happy to get any new card then, but I guess the good thing is I'm not going to be stuck with one from AMD when the Nvidia cards will perform way better with what I do.


Ironic...

This Video WAS GOING TO BE IN 4K, but hours into the render my card was getting too hot and messed it up! I tried again with lighter settings and rendered overnight, but the animation still went wrong... so it's in 1080p (which still took many hours on my 580). I still am trying to buy a 3080, and when I do maybe I'll render a 4k version of this and post it in the description here.


Animated and rendered in blender using Eevee, I modeled everything in this vid but that plant in the background. Not proud of the audio for the main part of the video but I cannot redo it a this point so... oh well!



My schedule is adjusting and I'm going to be working a lot more on my animations, so that's cool! I hope soon to be able to go full time but right now I only got 282 subs, so we'll see how that goes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
