A delicious alternative to dairy milk, coconut milk is an allergy-friendly beverage that is easy to make yourself at home using fresh coconut. It contains contains antimicrobial properties, including antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-fungal elements to boost your immune system. You can make coconut flour with the remaining coconut pulp.
Ingredients:
2 Cup Coconut
3 Cups water
Recipe:
In a blender jar, combine all of the coconut and 2 cups water.
Blend on high until the coconut is well ground.
Collect the first extract using cheesecloth/muslin or a fine sieve.
This is the initial extract, or thick coconut milk.
Add the remaining water and blend once more.
Strain and keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
