I was contacted a couple of weeks ago by Scott McPheeters, who was going to be on vacation in Florida and wanted to stop by and game with us. As it turns out, Scott just painted up his first two DBA 3.0 armies but had not played before.
So we put up a event centered around his Marian Romans to show him the ropes.
All armies used were those that fought the II/49 Marian list.
Here are the army matchups that were played in the six rounds.
II/49 Marian Roman vs. II/49g Ancient Germans
II/49 Marian Romans vs. II/11 Gauls
II/28b Early Armenians vs. II/11 Gauls
II/49 Marian Romans vs. II/28b Early Armenians
II/49 Marian Romans vs. II/48 Mithridatic
II/49 Marian Romans vs. II/48 Mithridatic
The players involved were:

Scott Ludwig - Germans and Gauls
Tony Aguilar - Armenians
Mitch Harbach - Mithridatic
Joel Kloepping - Mithridatic
We had a great time gaming with Scott and hopefully he can join us next time he is in Florida again.
