A short how-to guide on logging maintenance issues on Go Tenant.
1. Log in to Go Tenant
2. Review your dashboard - This shows any issues reported & any messages from us.
3. Click Report Issue
4. Provide a description and the necessary back up i.e photos & videos. Simple click upload files to do this.
5. To finish simply click 'Send Issue'
Please note: We are unable to deal with maintenance issues without the necessary back up.
