Welcome to Episode 5 of my Spiti Valley Bike Ride Series — and believe me, this is where things start to get next level!
On Day 3, I ride from the beautiful Sangla Valley to the remote village of Nako, covering some of the most challenging yet soul-stirring roads in the Himalayas.

This route tests both man and machine. From narrow cliff-hugging roads to freezing winds, unpredictable terrain, and insane altitude gains — every kilometer throws a new challenge. But the views? ABSOLUTELY UNREAL.

🏍️ Route Highlights:

Start from Sangla after an early morning chai break

Cross Karcham Dam — one of the most scenic engineering marvels in Himachal

Ride through Spello and Puh — dusty mountain stretches with dramatic landscapes

Climb altitude rapidly toward Nako, a high-altitude desert village surrounded by snow-capped peaks

Reach Nako Lake, one of the most peaceful and picturesque places I've ever seen
