Authentic Ghanaian Kwenkwen/ kyinkafa/ Chinkaafa. KYINKAFA, simply means RICE in Northern part of Ghana. The unpolised rice used in preparation of this dish is very healthy. Another healthy star ingredient" SHEA BUTTER" ; for younger looking and even skin tone and other traditional condiments were also infused to boost the nutritional value to the optimum. KYENKAFA STEW INGREDIENTS👇
-Onion, garlic, dried locust beans
Powdered pepper (optional)
-Plum tomatoes & Scotch bonnet pepper (blended and cooked)
-Tomato puree
-species; cracked peppers; anise seeds, grain of Selim & black pepper, maggi cube, curry powder
Shrimp powder & Powdered fish
Salt to taste
-Sunflower oil
-Assorted meat fish & poached eggs.


-KYENKAFA INGREDIENTS 👇
Shea butter, anise seed, calabash nutmeg, blended onions and garlic & grain of selim
Dried herrings
Unpolished rice
Add Kyenkafa stew (ingredients listed above)
