In this video I explain how to overtone sing in my own style. This style of singing is most similar to the Sygyt style that originates from the Russian Republic of Altai, located in southern Siberia.
Generally speaking, the sound is comprised of a fundamental tone, which remains constant, and a whistle-like overtone sound which can change pitch to form a melody.
I find that practicing this skill is great for relaxing as well as building up one's lung capacity.
