:45 Down/Up Dog
10/10 Cossack Squats
6/6 DB Windmills
5 Inchworms w/ 2 pushups
5 Snatch Grip Upright Row
5 Muscle Snatch
5 Overhead Squats
Final week of Snatches!
Every 1:30 x 3 sets
3x5 Overhead Squats from the ground to warmup for strength
Strength
Every :90 x 8 sets
1 Snatch
*build to a heavy single, use power or squat snatch
**take extra time at the heavier weights if you are going for a PR
Conditioning
AMRAP 10
500/450m Row
15 Hang Power Snatch 75/55
60 Double Unders
L1: 300/250m, DB Snatches or 45/35 bar, singles
L2: 65/45, 35 DUs or 1:00 attempts
Rx+ Ski, 115/75
Rest as needed, then perform:
AMRAP 10 for quality
1:00 Front Plank on hands (accumulate)
10/10 DB Goblet Curtsy Lunge 50/35
10 Barbell Bent Over Row 135/95
L1: unweighted lunges, 45/35
L2: 35/25, 95/65 bent over row
