Second in a series of videos tearing down a Fostex 250 4 track cassette recorder, manufactured in the early 1980s.
In this video, I analyse the role of the various solenoids and motors in the cassette player, and replace the rubber parts - capstan belt, control belt, idler tire and pinch roller.
