1.5 kg plain flour
1 tbsp carom seeds
1 half tbsp salt
1 cup ghee or 250g
Ingredients for samosa filling
1 kg boiled potatoes
1 tbsp roasted pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp roasted whole coriander
2 tbsp roasted whole cumin seeds
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/2 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp crushed red chili flakes
1 tsp mongo powder
1 tbsp salt or according to your taste
2 tbsp green chilies
Green coriander
