4 to 5 medium size potatoes
2-3 Onions
2 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
1Beef stock or Beef stock cubes/ seasonings
1 Scotch Bonnet ( optional)
1 Teaspoon Mustard ( preferably grain mustard)
1 large Carrot ( peas/cabbage
Dried Parsley
1/2 Tsp. Black pepper
Salt to taste
Garnish Fresh parsley
Enjoy on its on or with your choice of bread.
