This homemade dakgalbi recipe is the BEST combination of juicy chicken, chewy rice cakes and melty cheese, all stir fried to perfection in a deliciously spicy gochujang sauce.
We love that this amazing Korean spicy chicken stir fry is super adaptable to your tastes, and a great way to use up veggies from the fridge.

🥒 Ingredients:
Stir Fry Ingredients:
600 g chicken thighs diced (around 4 thighs)
1/4 cabbage 2-3 cups once diced
1 carrot sliced
1 sweet potato cut into chips around 5cm long
1-2 cups Korean rice cakes
3-4 spring onion / green onion green section only, cut into 3cm lengths
vegetable oil for cooking
1 cup cheese grated, tasty or pizza cheese
Marinade:
2 tbsp Korean hot pepper paste / gochujang
2 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine or mirin
1 tbsp Korean hot pepper flakes / gochugaru
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger
