250ml warm water40ml vegetable oil250g flour150g powdered sugar1 bag vanilla sugar1 package baking powder 1 lemon, zested1 lemon, juiced
METHOD
In a large bowl, mix water and oil
In a separate bowl, mix everything dry, sift and add zest.
Add wet ingredients to the dry, mix and add lemon juice.
Pour the dough into the baking form and bake at 180°C/350°F for 45 minutes.
