This is one of those easy fixes but getting to it is a pain!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I get a lot of questions about when the tankless is on but when they flow water it doesn't fire. This is a common problem when something IE dirt, pebble ect. gets stuck in the water turbine and it prevents it from moving.
The first think you should try is to open and close the relief valve quickly this may dislodge the object. It will only work with dirt not a object.
