The Spectrum Next unlocked a stretch goal on Kickstarter, leading to a larger FPGA -- meaning the team can add more hardware into the machine. We did a small experiment: added a SID chip to the Next, the same fabled sound chip found in the Commodore 64. What do you think? ;)
Bear in mind -- very much WIP! First version of the player, hardware still missing tweaks, wrong speed at 60Hz and so on. Still...
