Rey Washam (Scratch Acid, Rapeman, Ministry) said WHAT about me?!?

Описание: In 1989, after Scott McCullum was pushed out of the band, Skin Yard was without a drummer, and we were on the search for a replacement. Rey Washam rolled into town ostensibly because Nirvana was interested in trying him out. That never happened, but I did my best to encourage Rey to try out for us as I was a HUGE Scratch Acid fan and—as a bass player—could not imagine a more amazing addition the band. He declined. Was I disappointed? Sure but we moved on, and eventually would fill that seat with the truly amazing Barrett Martin.
In 2014, Rey was interviewed on Conan Neutron’s Protonic Reversal podcast. I did not hear the interview until 2024, but was more than a little surprised to discover that he directly disparaged me and the band and accused me of spreading falsehoods about him, apparently as some sort of silly revenge for him passing on Skin Yard as a potential drummer. For the record, no such thing ever happened, but I finally decided that I needed to set the record straight. This video is my response.
