To make smaller or bigger:
NB use 4mm hook with #4, aran or 10ply yarn
0-3M use 4.5mm hook with #4, aran or 10ply yarn
3-6M use 5mm hook with #4, aran or 10ply yarn
6-12M use 5.5mm hook with #4, aran or 10ply yarn
1-2yrs use 6mm hook with #4, aran or 10ply yarn
