When our team arrived in the village of El Brasil, Guatemala, there was no place to hold our medical clinic. The local pastor had fallen ill and couldn’t make arrangements—but instead of canceling, our team got creative.
Led by Nurse Rocío, the team found a quiet road under some trees, set up a few tables, and turned it into a roadside clinic. Within minutes, patients began arriving—mothers, children, and elderly neighbors—all receiving medical care, medicine, and prayer.
By the end of the day, 24 patients were treated. No building. No problem. Just a team determined to serve with faith and compassion.
This is what ministry looks like in action—meeting people where they are, no matter the circumstances.
