Maha Govt proposes single DCR for 6 corporations in MMR - Property News

Описание: In a bid to build more homes in the outskirts of Mumbai, the Maharashtra Government has announced a uniform development control rules (DCR) for six municipal corporations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Barring Mumbai, the uniform DCR will be applicable in Thane, Bhiwandi, Vasai-Virar, Mira Bhayender, KDMC, and Ulhasnagar. The draft DCR proposed no height restrictions in residential construction in the region.
