With all this social distancing and self isolation from this covid 19, we are all coping differently. Some of us are not turning to the healthiest coping skills and eating unhealthy food and drinking a little too much. This video is meant for students or anyone who might be going through a tough time right now and need tools to help them manage their stress or anxiety.
This video focuses on coping skills that distract as well as help with the process of handling difficult situations and emotions. It is broken down by the two techniques of distracting, learning, and processing, transforming. Please take notes and I'll list the 13 coping skills for a healthy mind and body here:
