A new day at Quattro Passi Hotel in Nerano to interview Antonio Mellino to tell us the story behind his successful family business.
In the kitchen, Chef Fabrizio told us about the difference between Panettone and Colombe, and the final preparations for the pizza dough.
It was raining outside with many storms, so we stayed at the hotel to taste the menu that made them win the 2-star Michelin.
Next, we toured the wine cellar with Rafael, they have 2,400 different labels and around 12,000 bottles, and the wine list is divided between sparkling wines, champagnes, national and international wines.
The 2-star Michelin dinner was a memorable experience, it started at 8:30 pm and ended at 11:00 pm, with nice music, exceptional flavors, amazing wine, and great explanations.

Nerano is known for its intimate seafood reastaurants lining the waterfront of Marina del Cantone. You can eat at any of these and have a spectacular meal, especially if you order the local specialty, spaghetti alla Nerano (made with zucchini and local provolone cheese).
