Character certificate ( from school)
Medical certificate ( from government hospital)
Income certificate (original)
Caste certificate (original)
Domicile certificate
Photo (atleast 10 passport sized)
Father mother photo passport sized ( atleast 5)
Gap affadavit (If applicable)
Anti ragging affadavit for student
& parent (can get at college stationery shop)

1.carry atleast 5 photocopies of each documents
