Edit: As I have received several comments about it - Fuel the Rampage is not really worth the points, I've since removed this from the build.
Couple of things I forgot:
-Release the Beast raises your damage reduction a further 50% when in use.
-Class mods exist which buff those two kills as well as Salt the Wound for even more melee damage.
-I have extra explosive damage from the class mod but I think this is consistent throughout similar mods.
