House of Tuhil - A Weaving Story | Making of our Kanchipuram Silk Saree

A Weaving Story, takes you through the various stages, the multiple processes and the laborious effort involved in bringing to life six yards of elegance; a Kanchipuram handwoven silk saree.

Tuhil joins in the renaissance of the handloom. Our focus is to revive and re-popularise handlooms specific to South India. Emphasis on colours, designs, textures and weaving techniques makes them distinctive. These sarees are handwoven in looms across Tamil Nadu, established for Tuhil.

House of Tuhil celebrates South Indian artistry. It is an ode to the nuanced sensibilities of a forgotten era.
