The main story behind this started from the era of Lord Parshuram when he has forced sea to move backwards. The arrowed was shot from Benaulim which means Bana - Arrow in Sanskrit and Halli-village in Kannada.


Later on people started living in this beautiful place name as Goa.

Big Foot- This place is dedicated to a person named Mahadar. Who was very kind and help many people in his entire life and after an incident when he lost everything lord showed his grace in his sleep and asked him to regain everything whatever he has lost but he refused and said he is happy with what he have. After insisting he asked Lord to provide a place where he can calmly pray for betterment of human race. By his prayer Lord was so happy and took him to Heaven leaving his foot prints on the rock, which was later known as Big Foot

This place is totally dedicated to Goan culture where you all can enjoy the authenticity of Goa’s culture, how Goa was formed and how all lived happily there!

Not only this. But this beautiful place also has the world largest picture engraved on a single stone which was recorded under limca Guinness World Record.
