RECIPE
Dough:
all-purpose flour 400gr
water 175ml
salt 4 pinches of salt
Sauce:
oil 90ml
lamb 170gr
onion 1x
tomato 3x
fresh sweet pepper 1x
celery 2 stalks
3x asian cabbage leaves
salt 1tsp (add it more or less, if desired)
water 100ml
