This video shows putting this movement from an Elgin wristwatch back together. You can see the bridge is stamped Elgin 960, but it's very similar if not identical to the AS/ST 1802 and 1803 movements.
This has what some refer to as an offset cannon pinion design. I've also seen it in the AS 1906.
This one, like several others I"ve seen, suffered from a loose cannon pinion which meant the hands would not always move as they should. They essentially slip, not keeping time.
