Find your inner dancer, get your heart rate up, and burn some serious calories!
We’ll be doing 6 different Ballet exercises for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in between each for a total 6 minute workout! But wait, if you have the time and you’re feeling good go back and repeat it a second time for a 12 minute workout or even repeat it a third for a total 18 minute workout...you decide! Let’s dance :)
