Описание: This is a project from We Will Rise Nashville in celebration of May Foster Care Awareness Month. This song, "Home Is Where I Make It" was penned by a few Nashville independent artists along with three amazing foster youth. The kids wrote nearly all the lyrics, and it was important to them to show America that kids in transition are NOT victims, but rather fighters. Please repost this video and show these kids that you care! **Please Note: The kids featured in this video are either birth children of foster care parents OR have been adopted. We Will Rise Nashville is very respectful of the privacy laws regarding kids in foster care. Special thanks to the families who participated in the filming of this video. **
