The first two gymnasts to talk to ITV News about physical and mental abuse in the sport were inspired to do so, by an American documentary, called Athlete A.
In the fortnight since, many more have come forward. So many that UK Sport and Sport England have together commissioned a review into bullying claims.
Now we have brought together those first two gymnasts, Catherine Lyons and Lisa Mason, with two of the American athletes who featured in Athlete A to compare experiences and explore similarities on either side of the Atlantic.
