In this video, I continue talking about approach and landing in the B737 for new pilots, and landing is covered here.

In this video four main points are covered:
1- Threshold crossing height (50ft)
2- Flare, all you need is 1 to 3 degrees pitch change to reduce the airplane sink rate to land.
3- Thrust reduction, which is done after you start the flare and it should be a continuous smooth to close the idle by touchdown. slightly before is ok but not after.
4- The importance of lowering the nose wheel smoothly on to the RW.
I might talk more about this phase of the flight due to it's complicity.
