About me, SbeeCreates,
I started my crochet journey 14 years ago when I was in the Air Force and overseas feeling homesick. Crochet was my grounding force and what kept me "sane" for lack of a better word. I am self taught and started out with an ambitious project, for a beginner at least, a blanket. That blanket I still have to this day, the pattern was a Catherine wheel blanket made in the round. It took me basically the whole time that I was overseas, 2 years, to complete it, and it is the warmest most jankiest looking blanket I own but I love it and is enjoyed by my husband, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. Since then I have improved and created so many crochet items that I have lost count. I just want to share my love for crochet and teach you what I wish I had learned back when I was a beginner.
