Описание: Mod lifestyle emerged in England in early 1960s, and it is sometimes referred to as modism. Elements of the mod lifestyle include music, clothes, dancing and motorscooters. Working-class kids, inspired by the new British rock, came together to create a new culture. As if by spontaneous combustion, that culture quickly spread beyond England to the entire world; eventually it defined a generation. Since the mid 60s, the mainstream media often used the term mod in a wider sense to describe anything that was popular, fashionable or modern.
