On this week's FAS TV we visit the Cotswolds Distillery in the spectacular English countryside. This June marks the 10th anniversary of the Cotswolds Distillery which has grown into a global brand. Dan and the team are passionate about sustainability, working with local farmers, and reducing environmental impact through their innovative wetlands area. Scotland is famous for its whisky, so we were delighted to get behind the scenes insights and perspectives from another part of the UK.
