Hi, I'm Bryan Comer and I want to invite you to take a moment to read about a case that we tried and handled all the way through appeal involving a defective product, in this case, it was a large industrial crane. We tried the case to verdict in federal court in Gulfport Mississippi on behalf of a crane operator who was catastrophically injured as a result of a known defect of the crane. After we obtained a verdict, the defendant appealed to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans and we handled the appeal and obtained a unanimous successful ruling on behalf of our clients in 2018.
