पाकिस्तान की सेना ने हाल ही में अपनी शाहीन-3 मिसाइल का टेस्ट किया, जो परमाणु हथियार ले जाने में सक्षम है. लेकिन ये टेस्ट बुरी तरह नाकाम रहा. मिसाइल निशाना चूक गई और डेरा गाजी खान (पंजाब प्रांत) में एक परमाणु केंद्र के पास धमाका हुआ.इसका मलबा बलूचिस्तान के डेरा बुगटी जिले में गिरा, जो नागरिक बस्तियों के बेहद करीब था. इस घटना ने न सिर्फ पाकिस्तान की सैन्य क्षमता पर सवाल उठाए, बल्कि बलूचिस्तान के लोगों की सुरक्षा को भी खतरे में डाल दिया. 22 जुलाई 2025 को हुए इस हादसे के बाद पाकिस्तानी सेना ने इलाके में इंटरनेट बंद कर दिया, मीडिया को रोका और लोगों को घरों में रहने को कहा. शाहीन-3 पाकिस्तान की सबसे ताकतवर मिसाइलों में से एक है. ये एक सतह से सतह (सरफेस-टू-सरफेस) बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल है, जो 2750 किलोमीटर तक मार कर सकती है
