How to link items into macros that's re-usable with linked items | World of warcraft

I've got a question about how ppl are spamming trade chat with their proffessions and linking items every time. And i'm one of those ppl that do that and wanted to share it with you. So today i'm showing you how to write your own in game macro that will link your items every time.

Script text to link item into macro*:
/script MacroFrameText:Insert("")

Add your item (shift + left click) between the two "" at the end
