Hi, we guitar nerds (or some of us) like to obsess about all aspects - Bridge pins, capos, strings and, of course the little plastic slices of stuff that we hit the strings with.
I am no exception EVEN THOUGH I have found my perfect picks in the Blue Chip TAD50s (TAD40s for smaller guitars).
When I was ill in 2017/8 and unable to do much in-between daily hospital visits, I did do some experiments to see if I could modify cheaper picks with bevelling and polishing to see if they could be made to work/sound as well as more expensive picks. See:

So when I see an artist who I admire using something that I didn't know about ....I'm off on the trail again.

And so, this drove me to obtain some of her preferred picks, to compare. See if you can see the difference, and anyway, this might make you aware of some nice picks.
