The 151 Swizzle is traditionally mixed by hand, go find a swizzle stick or a long bar spoon and we'll get to it!
This was the first cocktail in Spike's Breezeway Cocktail Hour!
Let's revisit it!
To make the 151 Swizzle:
--------------------------------------
1/2oz fresh lime juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
1 1/2oz 151 Demerara Rum
1 dash Angostura Bitters
6 drops Pernod
--------------------------------------
Swizzle with ice in an aluminum 'swizzle cup' until the cup is frosty. Garnish with grated nutmeg and cinnamon. Decorate with a cinnamon stick.
