The opposition National Unity Platform party has accused security agencies of disappearing one of their online editor Swabura Owomukisa, who has been missing since Tuesday in Busega, near Kampala. Asked about this the police admitted that they had received a missing persons report from the opposition party, before adding that they were not the ones holding onto the editor.
