This is the second part of another Gallag arcade boardset repair. This
video shows all the troubleshooting of the CPU and Video PCBs. In this repair I've encountered a very unusual fault in my experience.
In the previous video, I've shown my own syncbus daughterboard replacement with a ATF1502 CPLD using CUPL language.
