This video will show you the location to farm Nickel Ingot with the save & reload method (Patch 1.1.0).
Location is Dunwic in East Anglia Region, south east of Ravensthorpe.

Save and reload method basically involves killing the ingot carrier, loot and detonate him to respawn him after we save and reload our game.
