Hi Friends!
Here’s a budget friendly meal from my childhood years.
Jack Mackerel is loaded in omega-3 and is an excellent source for protein and vitamins.
It can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This is my first time making them in a air fryer. They don’t look like traditional croquettes because they were not fried in cooking oil.
I haven’t had time to write the recipe down, but you can look at my video for salmon patties recipe and use it. Peace!
