About PlasmaLeap:
Electrification of chemical industries is essential for CO₂ mitigation, as net zero targets depend on sustainable production in these sectors. PlasmaLeap designs, manufactures and distributes the world’s most advanced zero-emissions chemical reactors for hard to abate industries, including agriculture, energy, and transport. Their technology replaces fossil fuels with green chemicals and cleans hazardous industrial waste through a carbon-free platform, producing nitrogen-based fertilisers using air, water, and renewable electricity. This cost-effective, on-demand solution significantly reduces the environmental impacts of these industries, which contribute about 13% of global greenhouse gas emissions.

About Dr Adel Rezaeimotlagh:
Dr Adel Rezaeimotlagh is an innovative engineer and a dynamic R&D project manager at PlasmaLeap Technologies. Recently, he spearheaded a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers to develop and deliver PlasmaLeap’s groundbreaking sustainable nitrate production unit, eNFix. Adel holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from UNSW. He combines technical expertise with a commitment to environmental sustainability, driving forward innovations that promise a cleaner future.
