Planking on the beach! (Day 10 of 365)

I saw a video asking the simple question: "What would happen to your body if you planked every day for 30 days."
I'll see that 30 days, and raise you to 365 days! AND ADD IN PUSHUPS!
I started this challenge on February 12, 2026. Today is February 21, 2026, day 10 of the challenge.
Remember that for every 1000 subs, my plank timer increases by 1 second.
Daily count - 1040 as of this morning... it's a tax form number. Remember to do your taxes!
Also, I plan on going until February 13, 2027 - an extra day to do a plank long enough to account for subscriber growth. So if I have 300k subs, that plank will be 5 minutes.
Here are the rules:
1) I must start my exercise by doing 1 pushup for the number of month it is. So for January, it is 1 push-up, 2 for February, and so on until in December I am doing 12. We're still in January , so it's still 1.
2) I will start the planking portion of my exercise by doing a 1 second plank. AND THEN I will be adding on 1 additional second for each additional day. So January 1st I would be doing a 1 second plank. January 2 I do a 2 second plank. And then 3 for January 3rd, and so on untl I reach December 31, and then I complete the challenge by doing a 365 second plank on my actual birthday. 365 seconds - that's over 6 minutes!
And finally, step 3) I complete my exercise by doing 1 push-up for the number of weeks we are at. The first week of January is 1 push-up, second week of January is 2 push-ups, and so on until the final week of the year I do 52 Pushups.
