Описание: Rough seas batter Whitby's ageing piers. The outer Pier extensions were built in 1913 and are now well over 100 years old. They are in much need of repair and Scarboroughb Borough Council appear reluctant to do anything with them. Some footage and photographs from 2015 and 2016.
