MOUNTAIN BERRIES & WILD MUSHROOMS! I was told by a few not to film them, but everyone else was so friendly.
The Market was full of fresh local products such as colourful beans, exotic fruits (rambutan), mangoes and earthy potatoes.
They even sell ants! It looks like they deep fry them and add some salt. Insects can be a popular snack in many communities in Mexico, it's worth trying them for their nutritional value.
It seemed to me that locals grow their own products and sell them in this market. That's one of the things I love about Mexico, the fresh, tasty, colourful and cheap ingredients.
