Some times the ball get loose and you need to repack the import ball screws. I do this all the time for the G0704 and PM-25 CNC kits I sell so I wanted to show you guys how I do it.
The ball screw is a C7 16mm 5mm pitch screw but most ball nuts with internal ball returns are the same.
Finding the right size is hard. I do offer repacking for any ball screw if you need it. Most the time you can get .002" or less backlash. A good screw will give .001"
