It is a greate gift from nature and the most humans finds pleasure and comfort and also maybe inner kind of peace... from the heat and the sounds the soves gives.... Jøtul or Jotul in english is a world famous stove brand from Norway...started in 1853 in union with kvaerner...but splited into own company in 1927. The model slightly bigger than Jotul 600...is Jotul 602 and it came into marked about ca.1935... and is the most sold and copied box stove in the world. Still produced, but now with secondary burning patent inside. More climate friendly ...and with glas door.
